Seeing your books, reports, dashboards and AI insights is free, and so is your own seat. You buy prepaid credits at ₹1 each plus 18% GST and use them only for actions, such as posting an entry or sending a reminder.
Example: you and 1 salesperson. The salesperson's seat is 100 credits. 200 entries posted to TallyPrime at 0.10 credit is 20 credits, 100 invoices shared as PDF at 0.10 credit is 10 credits, and 150 WhatsApp reminders at 1 credit is 150 credits. Total: 100 + 20 + 10 + 150 = 280 credits a month, which is ₹280 plus GST, or ₹330.40.

Will Auditer change how my accountant works in TallyPrime?
No. TallyPrime stays your books of record and your accountant keeps working in it. Auditer reads from TallyPrime and posts the entries your team makes back into it.
Can I stop staff from seeing my bank balance?
Yes. Bank and cash balances, margins, cost price and other sensitive values can be hidden for any role, and each person can be limited to chosen companies, ledgers and godowns.
How much does Auditer cost for a small business?
It depends on what you do. Viewing is free; each extra team member is 100 credits a month, each entry posted to TallyPrime 0.10 credit and each WhatsApp reminder 1 credit, at ₹1 per credit plus GST.
